The Junior Network Analyst reports to the Manager of Support Services and is responsible for the fielding of customer/customer client incoming calls, generating a case for follow up and resolution, which includes customer service oriented troubleshooting of technical issues.
Troubleshoot guest connections from both the hotel network side as well as the PC side.
Complete resolution of technical issues including the assurance that escalated cases are addressed.
Follow up with guests regarding open cases.
Monitor and maintain servers and switches remotely.
Use conflict resolution skills to diffuse difficult situations with clients while offering them a solution to their problem.
Maintain knowledge of new software versions and technologies.
Work in team environment.
Fluent English (oral and written skills) - good communication/phone skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies.
Good problem solving skills, ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it.
Positive, helpful attitude and ability to work with others.
Excellent customer service skills.
